Strong Readers Act

The Oklahoma Strong Readers Act is dedicated to ensuring that every child receives the support they need to build strong reading skills from an early age. We believe that parents are a child’s first and most important teacher, and fostering literacy begins at home.

Starting in kindergarten, your child will be assessed to track their reading progress, and we are here to provide you with the resources and guidance needed to support their literacy development.
